Shipping Policy

Nest of Design offer standard and express delivery include the stock send from Hong Kong, excluding bulky items. Due large traffic please allow 1-2 days handling time. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days*, depending on your parcel destination. 

All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, unless you select authority to leave. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier or it will be delivered to your local post office or other carriers depot. If not collected, it may be returned to Nest of Design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.

If you elect to provide an authority of leave, please note that Nest of Design are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or signed for by someone at your premises.

You can check on the progress of your delivery at any time, using the link sent to you via email upon dispatch of your order. If you are concerned about your delivery, you can email admin@nestofdesign.com.au.

Items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available, product availability is listed at time of purchase with each item. We just ask that if you require multiple shipments, please contact Nest of Design on email admin@nestofdesign.com.au so we can assist you. Multiple shipments may incur additional postage charges.
